Material Verification & Microscopic Integrity

We eliminate material deviations before production ever begins. Every batch of incoming copper and brass rod is verified through our two-stage laboratory inspection:

Chemical Composition Analysis: We utilize advanced X-ray / Optical Emission Spectrometers (OES) to lock down exact alloy grades (such as UNS C36000, C37700, C46500, and C3604), ensuring 100% pure chemical compliance.

Metallographic Analysis: Our laboratory utilizes a metallographic pre-grinding and polishing setup to prepare specimens. We inspect grain size and microstructure to eliminate internal micro-defects before hot forging or machining.

In-Process Control & Advanced Machining

We don't just inspect quality; we build it into the manufacturing process. For both forged brass fittings and precision machined components, our factory floor follows a rigorous monitoring sequence:

1.First-Article Inspection (FAI): The initial parts from any new production run are fully inspected against CAD drawings before mass production is cleared.

2.In-Process Routing Checks: Our on-floor QA inspectors conduct regular, scheduled spot-checks at each machining station. Using precision measuring instruments—including Vernier calipers, micrometers and thread gauges—we monitor critical dimensions and thread profiles in real time.

Eco-Friendly Manufacturing: Responsibility goes beyond dimensions. 100% of our post-production scrap brass shavings and CNC chips are collected and returned directly to the copper mills for recycling. Backed by our facility's industrial waste gas treatment stations, this clean-loop process significantly lowers the environmental carbon footprint of your supply chain.

Final Testing & Complete Engineering Documentation

Before any shipment leaves for dispatch, our Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) team conducts thorough visual, packaging, and tightened dimensional inspections based on standard AQL sampling or specific client compliance protocols . We ensure correct lot marking, batch separation, and secure shock-absorbing packaging to prevent any transit damage.
